The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Showaikh manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Lozano on his heels. He'll look to pass Lozano's guard now, I'm sure.

Showaikh is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Lozano is looking to stand up but Showaikh isn't so interested in that idea.

Showaikh postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Lozano covers up, he's hurt! Showaikh keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Showaikh and the ref steps in to end the fight! Showaikh can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
