Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Brownie Anderson (ranked 2892 p4p, 86 weight class) and Samuel Cooke (ranked 1253 p4p, 35 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cooke's choice of entrance music: Harm's Way - Warriors Will Reign. Brownie Anderson has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
30 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brownie Anderson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Samuel Cooke! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cooke lands a front kick. Cooke fails with an attempt to clinch.
The fighters circle momentarily. Cooke darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Anderson moves into the clinch. Cooke tries to land knees in the clinch but Anderson avoids the damage to the body. Cooke looks to throw an elbow but misses. Cooke doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Cooke lands an elbow inside.
It looks like Brownie Anderson has been cut. Anderson throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Cooke throws a knee to the head but misses.
Cooke can't find room to land a body shot as Anderson controls the action.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cooke fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Anderson connects with a single shot there. Cooke attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. A swing and a miss from Anderson. Anderson closes the distance looking to clinch and Cooke counters with a lovely straight right hand! Cooke connects with the punch. Cooke checks a leg kick. Anderson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Cooke keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Anderson. It seemed like Cooke was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Cooke lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Anderson misses with a body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Anderson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Anderson takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Cooke is looking to slow Anderson down with leg kicks. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Cooke. Cooke throws a body kick that misses. Cooke jabs at Anderson's body. Anderson throws a head kick that misses. Anderson throws a sloppy body shot
and Cooke counters with a nice kick to the body. Cooke throws a head kick that Anderson semi-blocks.
Anderson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Cooke on the side of the head. A swing and a miss from Cooke. The fight stays on the outside here - Cooke looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Anderson lands a body shot.

Anderson is pushing Cooke up against the ropes, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Cooke. Anderson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Cooke goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Cooke lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Anderson dodges an elbow strike from Cooke.

Anderson lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cooke swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Samuel Cooke showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Brownie Anderson's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Cooke gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Cooke has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Cooke makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Cooke misses with an elbow strike.

Cooke creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Anderson's defenses. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Anderson lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Cooke tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Anderson on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Anderson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Cooke has time to react. This has been an exciting period of action! Anderson checks a leg kick nicely.

Cooke is rocked! Anderson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Cooke is still on wobbly legs! Can Anderson finish him? Brownie Anderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Anderson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Cooke appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Cooke walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Brownie Anderson! In his post fight interview, Brownie Anderson gave a big smile as he said 'I am the fookin greatest ya hear! I want that fookin belt!'.
