Eikmeyer tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Brand defends well and Eikmeyer ends up having to push Brand into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Brand throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Eikmeyer on the side of the head. Brand lands with a good body shot. Eikmeyer takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Brand misses with a right hand and Eikmeyer counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Eikmeyer.
