CACC 74 PBP Commentary |
Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Rolf Ottke (ranked 7258 p4p, 218 weight class) and Gordon Ryan Bader (ranked 7096 p4p, 213 weight class). Ottke comes to the ring accompanied by Beautiful Day- U2. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 9 wins and 6 losses; Rolf Ottke! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; Gordon Ryan Bader! The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Ottke changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bader looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Ottke (4) vs (0) Bader Ottke has hold of Bader's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bader seems comfortable defending it but Ottke has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bader is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bader is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Ottke couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rolf Ottke! A loyal slave to those sponsorship dollars, Rolf Ottke made sure he mentioned Checkmate Fight Store, along with how happy he was to win his fight. |
