The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martens punishes Duran's body with a nice straight punch.
Duran is trying hard to land a takedown here. Martens sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Duran misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Martens swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Martens sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Duran to the ground! Martens dives into full mount looking to finish!
Duran is rocked!
It looks like Jorge Duran has been cut.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Duran can do anything to dispel that myth.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Martens is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Duran goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Martens!
