Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between James Adams (ranked 3308 p4p, 98 weight class) and Cyril Makarenko (ranked 11829 p4p, 182 weight class). Adams comes to the ring accompanied by Thom Pace - Maybe. Makarenko comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Macarena - Original version kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makarenko throws an off balance right hand
and Adams counters with a big 3 punch combo that drops Makarenko on his ass! Makarenko wobbles back to his feet half way through the count and though looking a bit dazed, the referee is going to allow the fight to continue!
Makarenko is rocked!
Makarenko scores with a nice strike.
Makarenko is still on wobbly legs! Can Adams finish him?
An inside leg kick lands from Makarenko.
Makarenko seems to have recovered his senses.
A punch combination from Adams misses.
Makarenko throws a nice inside leg kick.
Adams darts in and clinches Makarenko up against the ropes.
Adams escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Adams throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Makarenko stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Makarenko keeps the fight on the outside.
Makarenko lands a lovely overhand right.
Makarenko takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Adams has taken the fight to the clinch.
Makarenko is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
A nice left hand lands by Adams.
Adams misses with the head strike.

Makarenko is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Adams misses with some punches.

Adams escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Adams staggers Makarenko with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Makarenko looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue!
It looks like Cyril Makarenko has been cut.
James Adams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Makarenko misses its intended target.
Makarenko walks into a stiff left hand from Adams.
Makarenko drops his guard momentarily, allowing Adams to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Makarenko! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Adams takes it!
