The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yilmaz gets the takedown into side control.
Van Den Berg looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Van Den Berg is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Yilmaz is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Van Den Berg is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Van Den Berg is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Yilmaz asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Van Den Berg drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Yilmaz manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Van Den Berg has Yilmaz in his guard.
