Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Viliamu Seumanutafa (ranked 4695 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fredson Da Silva Junior (ranked 24242 p4p, 0 weight class). Da Silva Junior has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Viliamu Seumanutafa could well score a knockout today. Seumanutafa shoots in looking for a takedown. Da Silva Junior tries to sprawl out of it but Seumanutafa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Da Silva Junior manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Seumanutafa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Da Silva Junior fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Seumanutafa avoids it really well and circles away.

Da Silva Junior moves forwards but Seumanutafa connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Seumanutafa shoots in but no luck this time.
Da Silva Junior throws a counter combo.

Seumanutafa throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Da Silva Junior tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Seumanutafa is in Da Silva Junior's guard.

Da Silva Junior tries to close the distance and clinch up but Seumanutafa swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Seumanutafa closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
