Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Will King (ranked 4459 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rasheed Al Malik (ranked 23810 p4p, 0 weight class). Rasheed Al Malik will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

0 - 17 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rasheed Al Malik! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Chad Campbell and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King throws the left hand but Al Malik avoids the punch easily. Al Malik looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! King pushes Al Malik up against the cage in a clinch. King lands an elbow just above Al Malik 's eye.
It looks like Rasheed Al Malik has been cut. A right hand to the body from King.
King utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. King lands a shot to the body. King's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Al Malik lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. King moves into range and clinches up with Al Malik. King unloads a knee to the mid-section. Nice takedown defense from Al Malik. No joy for King on that attempt. Al Malik is clearly trying to counter these attacks from King with a body shot.
