Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wallys Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Katama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Katama has chosen Fuel as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Henry Katama looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wallys Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Henry Katama! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Emerson Jorge and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Katama keeps the fight on the outside. Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silva gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Katama stands and steps away. Silva gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Silva looks to land a combination but Katama avoids it well. A left lands for Silva.
It looks like Henry Katama has been cut. Silva tries to clinch there but Katama circles away.
Katama misses with a body shot.
A slapping body kick lands there for Silva. Katama looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Silva lands a front kick. Silva lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Katama backs up against the cage.
Silva swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Silva tries to clinch but Katama is having none of it. Silva cracks the inside of Katama's front leg. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Silva.
Silva throws a sloppy head kick and Katama moves out of range easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Wallys Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Katama steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Silva. That one must have hurt. Silva throws a head kick that misses. Katama tries to clinch but Silva moves out of range. Silva tries to clinch and Katama counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Katama decides to return to a standing position. Silva misses with an attempted mid kick.
Katama swats away the attempt to clinch by Silva. Silva is looking to clinch but Katama is avoiding it.
Katama gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Katama lands a takedown into guard.
Katama in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Katama trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Katama slips nicely into half guard. Silva blocking the ground and pound attempt from Katama. Katama passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Silva! Katama controlling his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Katama has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Katama tries to control but Silva wriggling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Katama might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Silva kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Katama wants to control but instead Silva manages to regain half guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Silva missing with punches from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wallys Silva dominated that round. The cut man is working on Henry Katama's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Katama wants to clinch up but Silva keeps it at a distance. Silva thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Katama if he has to take too many more of those.
Silva throws a head kick that misses. Silva throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch but Katama swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Silva fails to land with a series of punches.

Wallys Silva is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Silva lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Silva blocks a head kick by Katama.
Silva lands a nice shot to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Silva wants to break the clinch but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. Katama gets control of Silva's arms and successfully pulls guard. Katama will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Katama wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Katama working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Silva has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Katama seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Katama works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Katama managing to control the position. Katama looking to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Katama wants to stand but Silva is controlling the position. Katama is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Silva would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Silva looking to sit in guard and control but Katama gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Katama passes easily into side control. Nice work. Katama controlling the position from side mount. Katama throws a strike aimed at the side of Silva's head but Silva avoids it well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wallys Silva dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Henry Katama's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Katama has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Silva closes the distance but Katama moves to the side and Katama counters with a shoot takedown. Silva fights it but they end up in guard. Katama wants to pass the guard but Silva is keeping the position. Silva is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Katama tries to free his leg and advance position but Silva is retaining full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Katama looking to sit in guard and control but Silva gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva wanted to stand there but Katama had control of the position. Katama has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Katama looking to hit a scissor sweep but Silva is one step ahead there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Katama wants to improve his position but instead Silva has moved into half guard.
Katama misses with some strikes from the bottom.
The fighters are battling for position here. Katama manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Katama is on top in guard.
Katama controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Katama passes easily into side control. Nice work. Katama scores with a couple of short elbows. Katama postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Katama wants to control but Silva is keeping him busy. Silva is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Katama is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Silva is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Katama sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Katama is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Silva is surviving well by controlling Katama's body position as best he can.
And that's the end of the fight! Henry Katama comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Silva has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
