Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jim Duggan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aaron Adams!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams misses with a series of wild punches.
Adams misses with the combination.
Duggan appears to be looking for a big counter.
Sloppy strikes from Duggan. Those never looked like landing.

Duggan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Adams's half guard.
Duggan thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Duggan is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Adams defends it well.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Duggan lands a nice short elbow.
Duggan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Adams's head.
Ground and pound from Duggan.
Duggan lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nice strikes from Duggan there.
Duggan seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Duggan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Duggan is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Adams has managed to free his arm - good work.
Duggan lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.


Adams is rocked!
Adams is trying to control but can't.
Duggan scores with a big shot! Adams's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Adams! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jim Duggan!
