Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robert Munson (ranked 2809 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hershel Hasselhoff (ranked 2910 p4p, 333 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Munson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
14 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hershel Hasselhoff!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Steve Montenegro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hasselhoff counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Munson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Hasselhoff is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Munson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hasselhoff.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Munson is refusing to be controlled, as Hasselhoff sits in half guard.
Hasselhoff is working for a submission of some sort.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hasselhoff is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Munson moves into full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Munson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Munson lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Munson looking to pass the guard.
Hasselhoff looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Munson has picked Hasselhoff up and slammed him! Hasselhoff can't keep hold of the triangle and Munson manages to pass to side control!
Munson in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Hasselhoff is trying to control Munson's posture but Munson avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Munson staying calm.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
You can see the frustration on Hasselhoff's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Munson has hold of Hasselhoff's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Hasselhoff tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Munson cranks the arm and Hasselhoff screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Hasselhoff, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Robert Munson!
