Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carl Moore (ranked 231 p4p, 36 weight class) and Kron Kai (ranked 517 p4p, 75 weight class). Moore's entrance music is Sad Man's Tongue by Volbeat. A fine choice. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
17 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Carl Moore!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kron Kai!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Moore.
Moore lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like Kron Kai has been cut.
Kai darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Moore swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kai.
Moore tries a low kick but Kai avoids it.
Moore lands with a cross.
A jab from Moore misses.
Moore misses with an uppercut.
Kai swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Moore has been working on his boxing with his coaches at 3Band MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Moore throws a jab but it's blocked by Kai.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Kai! But no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Moore checks the leg kick.
Kai fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Moore looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kai throws a head kick that half lands.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Moore wants to clinch.
It seemed like Kai was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Kai paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A telegraphed right hand from Kai misses the target.
Kai throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kai moves forwards but Moore connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Nice defenses there by Moore.
Kai pushes Moore away with a front kick.
Moore slips under a jab.
Kai jabs Moore right on the nose. Moore blinks but takes it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Whack! Kai lands a heavy head kick that drops Moore. The ref tackles Kai to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Moore was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Kron Kai!
Kron Kai is the new light heavyweight champion!
Kron Kai was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
The defeated Carl Moore had this to say: 'No one likes seeing their opponent's hand raised, but that just means that they were the better man today. My team at 3Band MMA and I will break down this match and make the proper changes for my next camp.'.
