The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Dean Styles and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vieira tries to keep at a distance but Hussey has taken the fight into the clinch.
Hussey gets underhooks to prevent Vieira's takedown attempt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Vieira is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Hussey is refusing to be controlled, as Vieira sits in half guard.
Vieira is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Hussey tries to roll over but Vieira keeps him under control.
Hussey moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vieira works his foot free and advances to mount.

Vieira is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Vieira wants to finish this one by submission but Hussey is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Vieira.

Hussey has left one of his arms exposed and Vieira doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Hussey screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
