Coming up we have a middleweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Long Hung Dong (ranked 1748 p4p, 219 weight class) and Mew Choo (ranked 610 p4p, 79 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the middleweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Long Hung Dong! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 2 losses; Mew Choo! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Choo gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Choo is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the ropes enables Dong to keep the fight standing. Dong has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Choo uses from the top position. Choo trying to control the position from guard on top but Dong is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Choo must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Choo passes Dong's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Choo trying to control from Dong's half guard. Choo is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Dong gets his way!

Dong is looking for a choke. Choo gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Choo manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard. Dong trying to advance position but Choo counters by regaining guard. Dong is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Choo is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
