Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Irvine Kinneas (ranked 2208 p4p, 62 weight class) and Bang Pitung (ranked 4269 p4p, 119 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kinneas might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Judas Priest - Electric Eye. Pitung has chosen Madball - Born Strong as his entrance music. Pitung has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Irvine Kinneas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
24 - 9 - 1, fighting out of London, Irvine Kinneas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
31 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bang Pitung!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kinneas cracks Pitung with a right hand to the side of the head.
Pitung looks winded!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kinneas, right into the meat.
Pitung tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Kinneas scores with a push kick.
Kinneas tries to land a front kick but Pitung steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Pitung has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kinneas.
Kinneas connects with a jab.
The crowd cheers as Kinneas lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pitung doesn't seem phased though.
Kinneas scores with a hook to the body. Pitung takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Kinneas lands a jab to Pitung's midsection.
Kinneas tries to bum rush Pitung with a series of wild strikes but Pitung uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pitung now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kinneas displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Kinneas pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pitung takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Kinneas is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Kinneas scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Pitung to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Kinneas away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Pitung got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
Pitung stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kinneas.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kinneas uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pitung.
Kinneas throws a head kick that misses.
Kinneas lands a nice looking body shot.
Pitung takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Pitung moves forwards but Kinneas connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Pitung is rocked!
Kinneas throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pitung on the side of the head.
Pitung is still on wobbly legs! Can Kinneas finish him?
Pitung walks into a big right hand from Kinneas and goes down! The referee sends Kinneas to a neutral corner as Pitung gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pitung takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Kinneas cracks the inside of Pitung's front leg.
A head kick misses from Kinneas.
Kinneas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kinneas looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Kinneas throws a sloppy head kick and Pitung moves out of range easily.
Pitung takes a shot to the body in his stride.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kinneas cracks the inside of Pitung's front leg.
Pitung looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
An inside leg kick lands from Kinneas.
Kinneas lands a front kick.
Kinneas connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Kinneas uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Pitung has time to react.
Kinneas sizes up Pitung with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Kinneas connects with a quick right hand that sends Pitung tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Irvine Kinneas!
