Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Myke Bonner (ranked 4364 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Lewis (ranked 5036 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bonner might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Robert Tepper - Theres No Easy Way Out. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Greg Lewis! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Russell Pearce and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Bonner throws a head kick that misses. Bonner misses with the body kick and Lewis counters with a single leg into guard. Bonner didn't expect that. Bonner knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lewis on the ground. Lewis slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Lewis postures up.
Lewis lands a couple of elbows. Lewis seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Lewis's corner. There ya go! There ya go! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lewis with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Lewis postures up and lands a big shot to Bonner's brow. Bonner is trying to keep Lewis in close.
Bonner might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lewis works over Bonner with some ground and pound from guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bonner has momentary wrist control but Lewis slips an elbow through the middle. Lewis with a nice head shot there. Bonner being controlled here, momentarily. Bonner thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Lewis with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Lewis is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Bonner is rocked! Lewis distracts Bonner with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Oh Bonner is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Hammerfist, elbow! yells Lewis's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Lewis arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Bonner's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Greg Lewis!
