Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Krinton Labasil!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yuichiro Yamagishi!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Hirohito Nitta and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Labasil moves into the clinch.

Yamagishi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Labasil leaves Yamagishi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Labasil closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Labasil lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Labasil performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Labasil postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Yamagishi to stand up.

Labasil fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Yamagishi, pushing him back against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Yamagishi gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Labasil makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Yamagishi slaps away a takedown attempt from Labasil, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Labasil sets himself, and Yamagishi steps forward looking for the clinch! Labasil avoids it this time.

Labasil moves into the clinch.
Labasil has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Yamagishi avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Yamagishi is looking to take this one to the mat.
Labasil landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

Labasil successfully pulls guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Labasil is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Labasil working a defensive guard here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Labasil pulls Yamagishi in to control the position.
Yamagishi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Labasil swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Labasil working for a triangle but Yamagishi defends it easily.
Yamagishi is stalling in the full guard.
Labasil trying to keep a closed guard but Yamagishi is proving a slippery customer.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Yamagishi is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Labasil looking to hit a scissor sweep but Yamagishi is one step ahead there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Yamagishi lying in Labasil's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Labasil decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Yamagishi taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
