Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Starling Silva (ranked 461 p4p, 73 weight class) and Jon Horn (ranked 1086 p4p, 162 weight class). Starling Silva could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jon Horn's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

17 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jon Horn!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Silva misses the jab.

Horn looks like he wants to counter punch here.
A low kick from Silva misses
and Horn counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Horn lands a lovely overhand right.
Silva lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Jon Horn has been cut.
Jon Horn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horn tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Silva was well out of range. Poor timing from Horn.
Silva throws a nice inside leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Horn crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Silva - the referee stops the clock and Horn gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Silva. Horn manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Horn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Horn lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Some bone on bone action there as Silva checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Horn's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Silva lands an elbow that stopped Horn in his tracks for a moment.
Our sources have told us that Silva has been working on his elbows in the gym.
Silva lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Silva tries to throw a body punch but Horn avoids it by throwing Silva back against the cage.
Horn tries to break the clinch but Silva is controlling the position.
Silva creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Horn is looking to break free of the clinch but Silva has double underhooks.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Silva.
Horn is trying to break free.
Silva throws an elbow but it misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Silva keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Horn's efforts to push away.

Silva lands on the inside with an uppercut.

That has opened up Jon Horn's cut even more.

Silva lands an elbow inside that Horn shrugs off.
Horn is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?
Jon Horn's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Horn tries to break the clinch but Silva is controlling the position.

Silva lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Horn to his knees! Silva keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
