Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Sullivan (ranked 2327 p4p, 293 weight class) and Vlakan Targa (ranked 2507 p4p, 313 weight class). Sullivan comes to the cage accompanied by The Hand of John L. Sullivan. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Sullivan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Vlakan Targa! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sullivan gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Targa trying to control the position from guard on top but Sullivan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Targa is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Targa throwing strikes from guard but Sullivan blocks nicely. Targa trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sullivan keeping moving, preventing Targa from controlling successfully. Targa slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Sullivan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Targa's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Targa passes into half guard. Sullivan slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Sullivan keeping moving, preventing Targa from controlling successfully. Sullivan has Targa pulled in close to control his posture. Targa wants to control from the top but Sullivan keeps moving. Sullivan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Targa on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sullivan is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Sullivan throws a body punch but Targa moves out of range. Sullivan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Targa was well out of range. Poor timing from Sullivan. Sullivan looks to land a left hand but Targa moved out of range nicely. Targa with the counter takedown but Sullivan avoids it easily. Good standup being displayed there by Sullivan as he connects with a hook. Sullivan misses the shot to the body. John Sullivan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Targa uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sullivan. Sullivan misses with an uppercut
and Targa counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sullivan won't be happy with that. A lull in the action here. Targa tries for a kimura but Sullivan is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Targa advances to mount. Targa trying to control but he's not successful this time. Targa looking to secure an arm triangle but Sullivan defends it well. Sullivan holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Targa tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Targa has isolated one of Sullivan's arms. Sullivan looking to fight him off but Targa twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
