Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Burmese Rialua (ranked 5291 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Valdez (ranked 5079 p4p, 461 weight class). Valdez has chosen Pump it up as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jose Valdez!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rialua lands a jab to the nose.
A head kick by Valdez misses
and Rialua counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Valdez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rialua ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Valdez plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Valdez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rialua throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Valdez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Valdez takes one to the side of the head.
Valdez throws a head kick but Rialua moves out of range.
Rialua lands a jab to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Valdez lands a head kick!
Valdez throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Rialua ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Rialua dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Valdez pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Rialua connects with a jab.
Rialua is looking to clinch but Valdez is avoiding it.
Rialua lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Valdez looks to land a body kick but Rialua moved away.
Valdez takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Rialua lands an overhand right.
Valdez takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Rialua throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Valdez on the side of the head.
Valdez is rocked!
Valdez takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Rialua getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Valdez is still on wobbly legs! Can Rialua finish him?
Valdez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Valdez takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Rialua cracks Valdez with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Valdez tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Rialua pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Valdez is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Burmese Rialua!
