And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sir Lancelot!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancelot avoids the body shot from Bitch.
Lancelot wants to clinch.
Bitch appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Bitch falls off balance throwing a combination

and Lancelot holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Bitch jumps guard but Lancelot stands there with Bitch around his waist. Bitch gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lancelot.
Some wild striking there from Bitch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bitch fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lancelot manages to avoid it.

Bitch throws a series of punches but Lancelot avoids them all with ease.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lancelot wants to get back to his feet but Bitch is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Bitch drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lancelot dives on top into guard.


Bitch looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Lancelot has picked Bitch up and slammed him! Bitch can't keep hold of the triangle and Lancelot manages to pass to side control!
Bitch is looking to regain half guard here but Lancelot keeps moving and retains side control.

Lancelot is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bitch has escaped the position, nice work there.
Bitch is looking for a sweep.

Bitch is working hard here to advance position.
Bitch takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Bitch is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Lancelot prevents Bitch from standing back up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Bitch throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Lancelot controls Bitch momentarily but Bitch frees himself.
Bitch is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Lancelot holds on and takes a little breather.
Bitch throws a strike but Lancelot rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Bitch looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Lancelot slips nicely into half guard.

Bitch is not content to let Lancelot control the position.
Lancelot stops Bitch from getting back to his feet.

Sir Lancelot has got the better of the ground game so far.

Lancelot decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Bitch fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lancelot on the side of the head.
A looping hook to the body misses from Lancelot. Bitch does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bitch lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Lancelot doesn't manage to clinch there - Bitch circles away.
Lancelot is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bitch sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Bitch shoots in for a takedown but Lancelot shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bitch enables Lancelot to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bitch manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Lancelot is standing up over Bitch. Bitch looks to escape but Lancelot dives into side control.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lancelot is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Bitch looks calm but he's in trouble here. Lancelot gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Bitch is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Lancelot lets go of the hold and Bitch can pop his arm back in it's socket.
