Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Mack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Krinton Labasil!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Alyssa Summers and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mack slaps away a takedown attempt from Labasil, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Labasil wants to land a leg kick but Mack is out of range.
Mack thinks about countering with a body kick.
Labasil throws a quick inside leg kick.
Labasil fails with the takedown
and Mack counters with a slapping leg kick.
Labasil lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.


It looks like Frank Mack has been cut.
A slapping leg kick lands for Mack.
Mack definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Labasil gets a double leg takedown into Mack's guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Labasil's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Mack keeping moving, preventing Labasil from controlling successfully.
Mack trying to keep a closed guard but Labasil is proving a slippery customer.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Labasil avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Labasil missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Labasil controlling from the top position.
Labasil really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mack. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Labasil wants to control from the top but Mack keeps moving.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mack is trying to keep Labasil in close.
Mack lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Labasil seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Labasil has an active guard here but Mack has managed to pass into half guard.
Labasil is not content to let Mack control the position.

Labasil throws some strikes from the bottom but Mack isn't bothered - he's working on a kimura... it looks tight... it is! Labasil is tapping and screaming like a little girl! Ouch, that looks painful! Good win for Mack!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Frank Mack!
Frank Mack tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
