Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Sorbet !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zivan Radosavjevic!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Anthony Taglia and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sorbet scores with a hook.
Sorbet misses with a series of wild punches.
Radosavjevic is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Sorbet throws a body punch but Radosavjevic moves out of range.
Radosavjevic lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Radosavjevic fails with a takedown attempt.
Sorbet jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Radosavjevic shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sorbet 's guard.
Radosavjevic seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Radosavjevic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Radosavjevic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sorbet can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Radosavjevic controls the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sorbet wants to stand up but Radosavjevic is controlling him.
Radosavjevic passes into half guard.
Sorbet is looking to get back to is feet but Radosavjevic passes into side control.
Sorbet wants to get back to his feet but Radosavjevic drags him back down.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
You can see the frustration on Sorbet 's face as Radosavjevic controls the position.
Radosavjevic's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Radosavjevic looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Sorbet is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Radosavjevic is controlling him well.
Radosavjevic throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Sorbet works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Radosavjevic looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Radosavjevic is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Sorbet scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Radosavjevic manages to mount him!

Radosavjevic has hold of Sorbet 's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Sorbet manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Radosavjevic controlling the position easily from mount.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Sorbet is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Zivan Radosavjevic dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Radosavjevic thows a huge punch but Sorbet dodges it nicely.

Radosavjevic is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Radosavjevic has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Sorbet defend it? Radosavjevic steps over the head and cranks it - Sorbet is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Radosavjevic!
