Kenjiro gets in close and instigates a clinch.
DelToro is trying to force a seperation but Kenjiro has the dominant position.

Kenjiro has DelToro pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. DelToro is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Kenjiro - that's hurt DelToro badly! Oh, another knee lands and DelToro is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but DelToro doesn't seem to be complaining.
