Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Scott Hill (ranked 1059 p4p, 137 weight class) and Nick Sins (ranked 1922 p4p, 236 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Scott Hill! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Sins! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hill misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sins.
Sins throws a head kick that misses. Sins takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hill has been working on his boxing with his coaches at 3Band MMA in the buildup to the fight. Hill takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Sins misses with a hook. Sins scores with a jab to the jaw. Sins throws a jab but it's blocked by Hill. Hill loads up on a big right hand but Sins slips the punch. A looping hook to the body misses from Hill. Sins does a little dance to reset his feet. Nick Sins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hill moves out of range of the strikes. Sins missing with a left hand there. Hill was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Hill connects with a right hand. Sins shakes it off. Sins turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Hill swings for the body but Sins moves out of range.
A left lands for Sins. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hill shoots in for a double leg but Sins sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Sins looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. A slapping leg kick lands for Sins.
Hill takes a shot right to the bread basket. Sins connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hill's hands. Hill blocks a jab. Sins ducks under a wild hook from Hill.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hill bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Sins takes a swing at Hill's ribcage but misses. Hill closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Hill wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sins, who protects the arm well. Hill throwing strikes but Sins manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Sins is staying tight to Hill's torso, preventing him from escaping. Hill tries to buck Sins off but Sins is having none of it. Hill looks to move to half guard but instead Sins has passed into mount! Damn! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hill is squirming around, avoiding Sins's attempts to control the action. Hill is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sins tries to control but Hill wriggling away. Hill is looking to improve his position but Sins isn't that keen on the idea. Hill is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Sins sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Hill tries to lock up and control but Sins gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Sins sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sins prevents Hill from getting the reversal. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sins sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Hill really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Hill manages to regain half guard. Good work. Hill tries to roll over but Sins keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sins wants to free his trapped foot but Hill is holding on for dear life with his legs. Hill tries to roll over but Sins keeps him under control. Hill is working hard here to advance position. Sins wants to control but Hill is keeping him busy. Sins seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Sins prevents Hill from improving his position. The fighters are battling for position here. Hill manages to regain full guard. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Sins dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Sins misses with a wild combination.
Sins waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hill. Sins's coach down at DOG HOUSE!! was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Sins's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Sins walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Nice defenses there by Sins. Hill with a lazy takedown attempt and Sins counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Hill connects with a body shot that sends Sins's belly button to the back. Sins lands a lovely overhand right. Sins lands a nice looking body shot.

Jab, jab by Sins - just one landing. Hill throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sins bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Sins takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hill has a takedown stuffed. Sins cracks Hill with an open hand slap. Hill misses with an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hill slips a jab from Sins. Sins throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hill sees it coming and avoids it easily. Nick Sins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hill throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sins throws a jab but it's blocked by Hill. Hill drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hill is looking to take a break and control but Sins is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hill creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Sins sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Sins is trying to improve his position. You can see the frustration on Sins's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Sins might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Hill haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sins is trying to get back to half guard. Sins stops Hill from passing to mount. Sins is looking to regain half guard here but Hill keeps moving and retains side control. Hill scores with a couple of short elbows. Hill scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Sins to see if he's OK. Sins is trying to get back to half guard. Hill throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Hill working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sins dodges the ground and pound from Hill. Hill has hold of Sins's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Sins seems comfortable defending it but Hill has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Sins is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Sins is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Hill couldn't care less - he's delighted!
