Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between mw Mw Two (ranked 5132 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodolph Pyle (ranked 4711 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, mw Mw Two! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rodolph Pyle! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Matheus Silva and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pyle takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Mw Two throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pyle. A combination from Mw Two does no damage. Mw Two connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. A shot to the liver by Mw Two. Beautiful body shot. Pyle looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Mw Two is looking to stand back up but Pyle counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Mw Two. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mw Two trying to control here.
Pyle is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Mw Two defends it well.

Pyle tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Pyle with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Pyle jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Mw Two manages to avoid the submission attempt. Pyle decides to take the fight back to the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mw Two misses with a body shot.
Mw Two falls off balance throwing a combination
and Pyle counters by clinching up. Pyle with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Mw Two working hard to break the clinch. Mw Two can't break the clinch.
Pyle is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Mw Two can't fight it off and eventually Pyle manages to take the fight to the floor. Mw Two looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Pyle decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Mw Two is breathing heavily. A telegraphed right hand from Mw Two misses the target. Mw Two swings for the body but Pyle moves out of range.

and Pyle moves into the clinch. Pyle lands a nice shot to the body. A bit of stalling here from Pyle.
Pyle pulls guard. Pyle has his foot on Mw Two's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mw Two works his way back into a safe position though. Mw Two is fighting to break Pyle's control of his arms but Pyle is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Pyle wants to stand but Mw Two is controlling the position. Pyle has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pyle looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Pyle wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Pyle throwing short punches from the bottom. Pyle controlling the position. Mw Two has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Let's hope that Pyle has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mw Two fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Mw Two shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Pyle eats them both and turns towards Mw Two to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Mw Two misses with a double jab
and Pyle counters by moving into the clinch. Pyle softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Pyle breaks from the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pyle moves out of range as Mw Two strikes. Mw Two is looking to wear down Pyle with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Mw Two gets caught napping as Pyle dives in and scores a takedown. Mw Two manages to retain guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Pyle sitting in guard here, content to control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mw Two is trying to control the position but Pyle postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pyle gets to his feet. Mw Two looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Pyle gets a takedown into half guard. Pyle is nestled in close to Mw Two, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Pyle working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Pyle takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Pyle escapes and gets back to his feet. mw Mw Two seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. No joy there for Mw Two, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pyle drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Mw Two defends it well. Pyle dodges the punch combination from Mw Two.

Pyle closes the distance and clinches. Pyle's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Pyle instigates a clinch. Mw Two is looking to stand back up but Pyle counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Mw Two. Pyle with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Pyle decides to return to a standing position. Mw Two moves out of range of the body kick from Pyle.
Mw Two gets caught napping as Pyle dives in and scores a takedown. Mw Two manages to retain guard. Mw Two wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Pyle manages to pass to side control.
Mw Two knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pyle on the ground. Pyle is nestled in close to Mw Two, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Pyle looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mw Two with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Pyle passes the guard and advances to mount!

Rodolph Pyle showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Pyle shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Pyle was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Mw Two is working to avoid the ground and pound but Pyle connects with a decent elbow. Pyle taking a breather here. Pyle's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Pyle working away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Mw Two taking punishment in the form of punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mw Two tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Pyle presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Pyle looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Pyle with good strikes from the mount here! Pyle controlling his opponent. Pyle is continuing to stall. Mw Two tries to hold on but Pyle postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mw Two is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Pyle has taken his back.
Pyle is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Mw Two defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Pyle controlling well, preventing Mw Two from escaping the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
That's three minutes gone in the round. mw Mw Two has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mw Two is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Mw Two is trying to remain composed but Pyle is hammering down strikes to the side of his head. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Pyle has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Pyle lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Mw Two.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Pyle has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Mw Two has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Rodolph Pyle is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Mw Two is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
