The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Sitepu tries to clinch up but Davies circles away and keeps his distance.
A nice side step and Davies releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Sitepu shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Davies sprawls well. Davies wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sitepu gets slowly back to his feet.
Davies dives in and grabs Sitepu's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sitepu pushes down on Davies's head and hops out.
