Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marcin K!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ty Voros!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Columbo Gatti and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Voros throws a left that rocks K and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Voros dives into side control, looking to finish! Can K regain composure!
It looks like Marcin K has been cut.
K throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
K striking from the bottom but nothing landed.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Voros landing a few strikes.
Voros slows the pace down.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
K is looking for a sweep.
K sneaks back into half guard.
K wants to improve his position but Voros is controlling well.
K is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Voros pulls his head out easily.
K throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Voros manages to pass to side control.
Voros lands a few punches from side control.
K is rocked!
Voros moves into full mount!
Oh K is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
K has left one of his arms exposed and Voros doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. K screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
