Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Karl Henriksen (ranked 1519 p4p, 218 weight class) and Benjamin Sisko (ranked 2596 p4p, 315 weight class). Henriksen comes into the arena with OST Vikings - If I Had a Heart blaring out of the sound system. Sisko has chosen Slam feat. Tyrone 'Visionary' Palmer - "Lifetimes (Club Journey Remix)" as his entrance music. Benjamin Sisko struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 172.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sisko takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Henriksen clobbers Sisko with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Sisko is looking to stand up but Henriksen isn't so interested in that idea.
Henriksen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Sisko has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

Henriksen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sisko doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Henriksen.

Sisko tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Henriksen's elbow.
Henriksen changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sisko fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Sisko throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Henriksen tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Sisko is in Henriksen's guard.

Henriksen quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Sisko has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Henriksen celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
