The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
n Giggles looks for a takedown but Adams sprawls well.
Adams stuffs the takedown.
n Giggles pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

n Giggles scores with a takedown into Adams's guard.
Adams knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for n Giggles on the ground.
Adams looking to control.
n Giggles wants to pass the guard but Adams is keeping the position.

n Giggles drops back looking for a leg! Adams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Adams manages to kick n Giggles off! n Giggles jumps back into Adams's guard.
Adams looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but n Giggles puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

n Giggles decides to stand and escape the position.

and n Giggles counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Adams throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Adams tries to land a sweep but no joy.
n Giggles tries to free his leg and advance position but Adams is retaining full guard.

n Giggles drops back looking for a leg! Adams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Adams manages to kick n Giggles off! n Giggles jumps back into Adams's guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
n Giggles avoids a punch combination nicely.
n Giggles misses with a takedown attempt - Adams sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Mike Adams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shitz n Giggles.

Adams is trying to get back to full guard.

n Giggles escapes and gets back to his feet.
n Giggles circles away from the clinch attempt.

and n Giggles holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
n Giggles drops down looking for an ankle pick but Adams pulls his leg out and moves away.
n Giggles takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

n Giggles drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
n Giggles wants to control from the top but Adams keeps moving.
n Giggles works a leg free and moves into half guard.
n Giggles thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
n Giggles moves nicely into side control.

n Giggles just content to control the position.

n Giggles has hold of Adams's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Adams seems comfortable defending it but n Giggles has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Adams is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Adams is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but n Giggles couldn't care less - he's delighted!
