The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Viking displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kong.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Viking enables Kong to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Viking manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Viking wants to stand and escape but Kong is having none of it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kong accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Viking kicks Kong off and gets to his feet.
Kong throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Viking tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kong is in Viking's guard.

Viking wants to stand but Kong is controlling the position.

We've been informed that Kong has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Cole Kong's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

A very excited looking Andy Viking rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
