Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dechlan Tomsett (ranked 4304 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Mass (ranked 3972 p4p, 0 weight class). The Mass will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mass darts in and clinches Tomsett up against the cage.
Mass jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tomsett walks away with a smile on his face. Mass gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Mass tries a head kick but it misses.
Tomsett drives through and clinches with Mass against the cage.
Mass misses with a knee to the head.
Mass wants to get back to striking at distance but Tomsett won't allow it.
Tomsett tries for a takedown but Mass manages to get underhooks.
Tomsett is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Tomsett throws a lazy right hand but Mass sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Tomsett feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The Mass is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Mass is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Tomsett to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Tomsett shrugs it off.
