Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Raate Road (ranked 1461 p4p, 210 weight class) and Tyson Asakura (ranked 2816 p4p, 353 weight class). Road comes to the cage accompanied by For Heavy Metal we will die!. Asakura is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by JJBA - Giorno's Theme. Raate Road has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Road dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Asakura. That did some damage!

Asakura gets tackled into the cage by Road. Road maintains the clinch.
Road throws a punch but it's blocked by Asakura.
Road tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Road goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Asakura gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
