Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Foxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foxx comes to the cage accompanied by Eye of the tiger. Gracie is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by disturbed - down with the sickness. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Foxx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chuck Gracie! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foxx connects with a nice looking jab.
It looks like Chuck Gracie has been cut. Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Foxx as he avoids it easily. Foxx connects with a right hand. Gracie shakes it off. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Foxx swivels and escapes. Foxx moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Gracie goes down! Can Foxx finish him!? Foxx preventing the sweep. Gracie throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Gracie has a closed guard, preventing Foxx from standing up. Gracie tries to strike from the bottom.
Gracie lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Foxx!
That's one minute gone in the round. Foxx is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Gracie lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Gracie throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Gracie looking for a guillotine from mount but Foxx is having none of it. Gracie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. You get the feeling that Foxx really doesn't like being in this position too much.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie misses with a head shot. Foxx blocking the ground and pound. Gracie throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Foxx because Gracie loaded up on that one. Gracie looking to ground and pound but Foxx is blocking nicely. Gracie lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Gracie unloads with some shots from mount but Foxx bucks and avoids them well.

Gracie working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Gracie looks gassed! Gracie thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Foxx avoids a series of strikes thrown by Gracie.
Gracie is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Foxx can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Gracie throwing strikes here but Foxx is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Gracie breaks from Foxx's wrist control and lands an elbow. Gracie throws some wild stikes that Foxx manages to avoid easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gracie misses with a head shot. Gracie looking to ground and pound but Foxx is blocking nicely. Gracie throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Steve Foxx will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Chuck Gracie's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Gracie connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Steve Foxx is winning the standup battle so far. Gracie uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Foxx. Gracie uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Foxx. Gracie shoots in for a double leg but Foxx sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Foxx swivels and escapes. Foxx looks to land a combination. Gracie sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Foxx throws out a loose jab but Gracie uses good head movement to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foxx waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Gracie. Gracie thows a left - swing and a miss! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie. Steve Foxx has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chuck Gracie. A big left from Foxx misses. Gracie pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Foxx slips a jab from Gracie.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Foxx throws a shot from downtown. Gracie moves away and avoids it. Gracie throws a sloppy head kick and Foxx moves out of range easily. Gracie misses with a looping left. Nice takedown defense from Foxx. No joy for Gracie on that attempt. Gracie throws the left hand but Foxx avoids the punch easily. Gracie is trying desperately to land a takedown but Foxx is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Gracie. Gracie showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Foxx.

Foxx swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Gracie. Foxx is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Foxx misses with a few strikes there.
Gracie slips a straight right by Foxx. Foxx throws a right hand that Gracie ducks under and follows up with a left that Gracie also avoids with ease. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown. Foxx tries to sprawl out of it but Gracie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Foxx manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Gracie misses with a head kick.
Foxx is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Gracie moves out of range as Foxx strikes. Gracie throws a sloppy head kick and Foxx moves out of range easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Steve Foxx dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Chuck Gracie's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Gracie moves in looking to clinch but Foxx pushes him off. Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Foxx sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Foxx throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gracie. Gracie is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Gracie pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foxx scores with a jab to the jaw. Gracie throws a nice looking combination but Foxx bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Gracie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Gracie ducks under a wild hook from Foxx. Foxx is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gracie. Gracie bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Gracie cracks Foxx with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Gracie takes a jab right on the kisser.
Gracie rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Foxx moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Gracie slips under a jab from Foxx. Foxx misses with a wild combination.
A swing and a miss from Gracie. Steve Foxx is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Foxx is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Gracie loads up on a big left hand. Foxx felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Gracie looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Foxx can't hide his disappointment, as Gracie celebrates the victory.
