Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Robert Frost (ranked 5191 p4p, 224 weight class) and Josh Kolos (ranked 5505 p4p, 416 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Robert Frost! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Josh Kolos! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kolos throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Frost. Frost lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Kolos gets a takedown into half guard. Frost moves into full guard.
Frost throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Frost is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Kolos is looking to work some ground and pound but Frost has wrist control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost looking to control.
Kolos must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kolos stopping the sweep attempt from Frost.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kolos controls the pace. Frost trying to keep a closed guard but Kolos is proving a slippery customer.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Frost misses with a series of wild punches.
Kolos manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Frost on his heels. He'll look to pass Frost's guard now, I'm sure. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kolos preventing the sweep. Kolos not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Frost looking for a sweep. Not yet Frost, not yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frost is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kolos pushes Frost off looking to stand but Frost dives back in and keeps control.
Frost not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Kolos is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kolos wants to get back to his feet. Frost not landing any meaningful shots this time. Kolos is trying to stand up here but Frost is controlling him well. Frost has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Frost looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kolos wants to get back to his feet. Frost working the head and body with strikes. Kolos is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kolos tries to kick Frost off but Frost keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Kolos kicks off Frost and gets to his feet. Kolos circles away from the clinch attempt and Kolos counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Frost kicks off Kolos and gets to his feet. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Frost thows a left - swing and a miss! Frost misses with a few strikes there.
Kolos closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Frost to the mat! Frost manages to get full guard. Kolos is stalling in the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frost is trying to keep Kolos in close.
Kolos is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Kolos missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Frost is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Frost looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Josh Kolos will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Kolos shoots in and bounces Frost off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Kolos stopping the sweep attempt from Frost. Kolos controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Frost is on top in guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost with a nice head shot there. Kolos seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost passes Kolos's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Frost is looking for a kimura but Kolos is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Frost to get the leverage. Kolos is looking to escape. Kolos manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Frost keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. Frost jumps into guard, dragging Kolos to the mat.
Kolos is looking to work some ground and pound but Frost has wrist control. Josh Kolos has got the better of the ground game so far. Frost is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Kolos slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Kolos stands up over Frost, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Frost wants to sweep but no luck. Kolos slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kolos throws a big right hand that misses. Kolos postures up.
Kolos won't allow Frost to sweep him here. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kolos looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Frost throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kolos closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kolos sitting and controlling from the half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kolos throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Frost avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kolos. Kolos not landing any meaningful shots this time. Kolos throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Frost wants to get back to full guard. Kolos slows the pace down in half guard. Kolos's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Frost trying to control here.

Frost controls Kolos momentarily but Kolos frees himself. Kolos engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Josh Kolos showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kolos in particular looking to stall. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frost makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Frost. Frost is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Kolos slows the pace down in half guard. Frost moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Frost bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kolos's guard. Kolos wants to stand up but Frost is controlling him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kolos keeping moving, preventing Frost from controlling successfully. Frost working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kolos has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Frost has passed into side control.
Kolos is trying to buck Frost off. Frost tries for a kimura but Kolos is defending well. Kolos is looking for a sweep. Kolos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Frost. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kolos tries to escape but Frost is in control. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Kolos gets the takedown into side control. Kolos has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Frost tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kolos wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Frost is trying to control Kolos's posture but Kolos avoids it. Robert Frost has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Josh Kolos is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Frost is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Kolos's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
And that's the end of the fight! Josh Kolos comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kolos winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
