Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Skop Doner (ranked 4566 p4p, 474 weight class) and Wayne Mardle (ranked 3394 p4p, 400 weight class). Wayne Mardle told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mardle wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Mardle lands a slapping body shot.

Mardle forces Doner back against the cage and clinches.
Doner misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Mardle wants to get back to striking at distance but Doner won't allow it.

Mardle manages to break the clinch.
Mardle ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Mardle lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Doner backs up against the cage.

It looks like Skop Doner has been cut.

Mardle lands a left and a right that send Doner crashing to the mat, dazed. Mardle thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Doner is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Doner misses with a body shot.
Doner backs away from a small jab... but Mardle lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Doner crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Mardle with a spectacular finish!
