The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

KingsBurg fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Beast to the ground. KingsBurg is now in Beast's guard.
Beast has KingsBurg pulled in close to control his posture.
KingsBurg postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Beast looking to hit a scissor sweep but KingsBurg is one step ahead there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beast keeping moving, preventing KingsBurg from controlling successfully.

Horrible takedown attempt by Beast or perhaps it was just good defense by KingsBurg, which made it look bad.
