The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz throws a body shot but no joy.
Bro connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Cruz's hands.
Cruz tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bro manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bro is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Bro throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Bro swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

and Bro counters with a crisp one two that drops Cruz! Bro thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Cruz to his feet! Cruz is in big trouble!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Bro counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Cruz! He's just covering up as Bro starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
