The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kirk tests Strong's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Robert Strong has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Kirk.
Strong throws a right and a left that Kirk avoids nicely.
Kirk closes the distance and pushes Strong back into the cage.
Strong is trying to force a seperation but Kirk has the dominant position.
Strong is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kirk is defending well.
Kirk throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Strongs head.
Strong tries to break free but Kirk pushes him back against the cage.

Kirk prevents Strong from breaking the clinch.
Kirk keeps control of Strong as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Strong is trying to force a seperation but Kirk has the dominant position.
Kirk makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Kirk lands a body shot.
Strong can't break the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Strong's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Kirk lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kirk prevents Strong from breaking the clinch.
Kirk lands with a right to the head.
Strong is rocked!
Kirk lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Strong to his knees! Kirk keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
