Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gok Won Khun!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Lenny Kowalski!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khun throws a head kick that misses.
Crunch! Kowalski slams his shin into Khun's torso.
Kowalski lands a lovely overhand right.
Kowalski looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Khun avoids the head kick by Kowalski.
Khun is looking for a counter combo.
Kowalski throws a shot from downtown. Khun moves away and avoids it.
Khun moves out of range as Kowalski strikes.
Khun is looking to counter punch.
Khun definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Khun tries to clinch up.
Kowalski looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Khun wants to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Khun closes the distance looking to clinch
and Kowalski counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Khun thinking.
Kowalski connects with a good right hand that stumbles Khun. Khun circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kowalski takes a kick to the side of the head.
Khun uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kowalski.
That kick from Khun tenderised Kowalski's leg. Kowalski is trying to keep his angry face on.
Lenny Kowalski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kowalski throws the left hand but Khun avoids the punch easily.
Khun darts in trying to clinch
and Kowalski counters with a straight right hand.
Khun wants to clinch up but Kowalski keeps it at a distance.
Kowalski misses with a body shot.
Khun moves in looking to clinch but Kowalski pushes him off.
Khun takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Khun misses with a body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Khun darts in and clinches Kowalski up against the cage.
Kowalski lands a hook that snaps the head of Khun backwards.
Khun lands an uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kowalski creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Khun with a big uppercut! Khun tries to clinch up but Kowalski pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Khun to the mat! Khun covers up and Kowalski unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Lenny Kowalski!
After winning the bout, Lenny Kowalski thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
