Coming up we have a welterweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Sisu Sisu (ranked 565 p4p, 76 weight class) and Irong Kasamsun (ranked 2052 p4p, 0 weight class). Sisu Sisu had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the welterweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Sisu Sisu! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 1 losses; Irong Kasamsun! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Kasamsun moves into range and clinches up with Sisu. Kasamsun has Sisu pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sisu manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Sisu is pressed up against the cage. Kasamsun has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sisu down to the mat. Sisu avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Kasamsun moves into the clinch. Sisu tries to score a body lock takedown but Kasamsun shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Sisu is defending well against a takedown attempt. Sisu Sisu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Irong Kasamsun. Kasamsun has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Kasamsun might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Sisu is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Triple XXX that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kasamsun has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sisu is working away from the top position though. Kasamsun is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kasamsun manages to get to full guard.

Kasamsun controls Sisu momentarily but Sisu frees himself. Kasamsun lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sisu controlling Kasamsun's posture. Sisu controls Kasamsun momentarily but Kasamsun frees himself.
And that's the end of the fight! Kasamsun wins on points by 8 to 4. An out of breath Irong Kasamsun thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career. |
