The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes lands with a hook. Wackie tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Wackie lands a nice hook to Barnes's body. Barnes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jackie Wackie.
