The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
La Vellei dives in and grabs Ottke's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ottke pushes down on La Vellei's head and hops out.

You can see the frustration on La Vellei's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
