Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Yves Tyler! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mckean doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tyler connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. James Mckean seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jab from Tyler. Mckean drives through with a takedown into guard. Tyler looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Mckean is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Mckean's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mckean keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Tyler's head. Mckean sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tyler's guard. Mckean is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mckean trying to mount his opponent but Tyler defends it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mckean content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Mckean is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tyler defends it well. Mckean seems to be working for a kimura but Tyler defends the submission attempt. Mckean lands with a punch from half guard. Mckean maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Tyler could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Mckean has cracked it and Tyler is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Mckean!
