The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Malley scores with a body shot.
O Malley connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Donovan momentarily.
O Malley throws a left and a right that both miss
and Donovan counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps O Malley thinking.
Donovan lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Derren O Malley has been cut.
O Malley misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
O Malley takes a swing at Donovan's ribcage but misses.
Donovan scores with the left hand. O Malley knows he should have avoided that one.
Donovan blocks the body kick.
O Malley throws a one two combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
O Malley swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Donovan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
O Malley misses with a few strikes there.
Donovan misses with a body shot.
O Malley throws a sloppy head kick and Donovan moves out of range easily.
Donovan swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
O Malley looks to land a left hand but Donovan moved out of range nicely.

O Malley shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Donovan just misses with a punch to the body.
Donovan misses with a hook to the body
and O Malley counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
O Malley misses with a jab, cross combination.
Donovan is looking to counter punch.
O Malley takes one to the side of the head.
Donovan misses with a two punch combination.
Donovan lands a nice shot that snaps O Malley's head back.
O Malley misses the shot to the body.
O Malley throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Donovan lands with an uppercut that bounces O Malley off the cage and back into range.
Donovan takes a swing at O Malley's ribcage but misses.
Donovan sets himself, and O Malley steps forward looking for the clinch! Donovan avoids it this time.
Donovan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
O Malley let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Donovan catches O Malley with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Donovan pounces like a tiger and cracks O Malley with a vicious hook! O Malley is down but not out! Donovan follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
