The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hagel ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Palooka moves away.
Palooka keeps the fight on the outside.
Hagel takes one to the chin there.
A punch combination from Palooka misses.
Palooka keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hagel.
Palooka rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hagel moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hagel lands a slapping body shot.

Hagel closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Palooka's guard.
Hagel won't allow Palooka to sweep him here.

Hagel stands up from Palooka's guard - Hagel perhaps looking for a knockout.
Palooka scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Palooka keeps the fight on the outside.

Hagel gets a clinch.

Hagel wants to break the clinch but can't.

Palooka keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hagel's efforts to push away.

Hagel escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Palooka fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hagel on the side of the head.

and Hagel counters with a stiff right hand.

Hagel shoots in for a double leg but Palooka sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Palooka shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Hagel takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Palooka sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Hagel bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
