The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie gets a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Jackson is not content to let Gracie control the position.

Gracie wants to take a breather but Jackson is having none of it.

Gracie might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jackson haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Jackson has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Gracie! Can he survive? No! He's out! Jackson gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
