Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hugh Jackmen (ranked 3494 p4p, 427 weight class) and Hyoki Sinsuki (ranked 2373 p4p, 305 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sinsuki closes the distance and pushes Jackmen back into the cage.
Sinsuki displaying some good clinch control by pressing Jackmen up against the cage.
Jackmen has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Sinsuki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sinsuki tries a head kick but it misses.
Jackmen went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Sinsuki is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jackmen's half guard.

Jackmen is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Sinsuki pulls his head out easily.
Still in half guard, Sinsuki seems content to control.
Jackmen is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Tycoon Gym that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jackmen has gone for a leg lock! Sinsuki slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jackmen's guard.

Sinsuki stands and steps away. Jackmen gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Jackmen tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sinsuki wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Jackmen looks to move to half guard but instead Sinsuki has passed into mount! Damn!

Sinsuki tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jackmen is trying to escape the mount.
Sinsuki takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sinsuki decides to pull guard.

Jackmen postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sinsuki is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Jackmen, into his guard.

Jackmen has his feet on Sinsuki 's thighs here. He's pushed Sinsuki off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Sinsuki screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
