Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Castor Rollins (ranked 7982 p4p, 274 weight class) and Perdue Willshire (ranked 21685 p4p, 285 weight class). Rollins's entrance music is Ulfheonar. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
44 - 37 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Castor Rollins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Perdue Willshire! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rollins connects with a solid leg kick. Willshire shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rollins sprawls well. Rollins wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Willshire gets slowly back to his feet. Willshire misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rollins ducks under a wild hook from Willshire. Rollins circles away from the clinch attempt and Rollins counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Rollins really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Willshire just misses with a punch to the body.
Willshire rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Rollins counters with a nice uppercut. Rollins lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Rollins goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Willshire throws a series of punches but Rollins moves out of range. Willshire shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rollins defends it nicely. Willshire throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rollins was covering up waiting for the punch and Willshire finishes the takedown easily into guard. Rollins working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Willshire. Willshire must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Rollins bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Willshire's guard. Rollins sitting in guard, not really doing much. Rollins postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rollins stops Willshire from standing up. Rollins lands a couple of elbows. Rollins makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Rollins has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Rollins is working Willshire over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Willshire really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rollins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Rollins lands a couple of digs. Rollins is stalling in the full guard. Rollins with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rollins pushing down on Willshire's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Rollins slips a nice elbow through Willshire's hands, connecting with Willshire's forehead. Rollins will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rollins winds up and cracks Willshire with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Willshire is rocked! Rollins drops an elbow to the side of Willshire's head. Willshire is still in real trouble! Can Rollins finish him? Rollins slips a nice elbow through Willshire's hands, connecting with Willshire's forehead. Rollins working over Willshire with some ground and pound. Willshire looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Rollins scores with a big shot! Willshire's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Willshire! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Castor Rollins! A relieved looking Castor Rollins thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
